CAASPP Update

The State Board of Education submitted a waiver to the federal government to suspend California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) testing this school year. The federal government has approved the waiver, students will take a spring iReady assessment in place of the CAASPP. We will provide more information in the near future as to the iReady testing window for Thomas Jefferson students in the near future.

CLASS PICTURE DAY for on-campus Students will be April 8, 2021.  

Champions Classes will be notified by their individual teacher  of the date of virtual class photo.

Virtual Picture Day!

Thomas Jefferson's Virtual Picture Day has been extended through Spring Break! Please note that this Yearbook will also include our TJ Stars who are in the Champions Academy. You'll need your students' ID number, which is the number before the @ sign in their school email, and what you use to log in to their Chromebook at school.    

In order to have your students’ pictures in the yearbook, you’ll need to take your child's picture and upload it. The link to the website is here: VIRTUAL PICTURE DAY.

Symptoms and COVID Precautions Reminder

Please report the following scenarios on the RCSD Student Online Absence Reporting Form, keep your child home, and await a call from the RCSD COVID-19 Tracing Team. 

The COVID tracing team will let you know the timeline for return and next steps. All information needs to be communicated to them. The school site does not determine the return date.
