Happy Holidays TJ Families, 

Next to the first day of school, this is my FAVORITE time of year!  Just as the winter break and family traditions will look different this year, our school traditions will be different too. However, the heart of TJ is always present with the spirit our Stars bring to school! No matter what learning platform they are learning on, they SHINE BRIGHTLY!! The heart of TJ SHINES BRIGHT in our families because they are flexible, open-minded, and grace-filled!  The heart of TJ also SHINES BRIGHT in our AMAZING staff who strive every day (and even weekends), to ensure that your Stars are receiving their very best.  

While things are different, different is not always bad, it is simply what we make of it.  Our community has created virtual and in-person learning communities that are joy-filled and allow our Stars to SHINE! We can create memories that will last a lifetime, simple moments that will fill our hearts with JOY! Simple things such as:

• A family walk
• Play a board game together as a family
• Make a meal together
• Build a puzzle together
• Dance in the rain
• Go on a holiday light scavenger hunt
• Geo-caching
• Hikes 
• Create a family photo wall with random shots
• Share family stories
• Zoom with others
• and much, much, more!

While things are different, they can be filled with what we make it...

we are TJ Stars...

and we will RISE to 2021!

Annual Household Eligibility Form

Tuesday, December 15th is the deadline for the Annual Household Eligibility Form. Thank you to all of those who have filled it out. If you haven't, please take a minute. Thank you!!!

Note:  When you look at the form, find your household size in the first column and then in each of the categories, the range is $0 to the number next to the checkbox.  For example, if you have 4 people in your household, and you make $46,000, you would check the box in Category 2 next to $48,470 (because your household income is between 0 and that number).

Tuesday, Dec. 15th-Holiday/Cozy Sock Day! Wear your coziest or

best Holiday Socks!

Wednesday, Dec. 16th -Festive Mask Day - wear your very best mask!

Thursday, Dec. 17th -Flannel and Jeans Day!

Friday, Dec. 18th- Pajama Day! We will be hosting our Virtual Read Around on this day! Students will be virtually visiting with TJ teachers and staff for our Virtua Read-Around and staff in their classrooms!
