Our school-wide is at 10:45 am and this is a time for students to play and eat a snack. It is important that students bring a snack to school every day. The office has snacks for the occasional mishap but we are noticing that there has been an increase in students forgetting their snack. Thank you.
There will be NO school on September 13, 2019. Our staff will be gathering together to improve our practice to better support our students
TJ Stars are off to an awesome start this year in Physical Education. So far in the first month, we have done a lot of "cooperative" activities. These are activities that reinforce skills like working together, problem-solving, and just all around being good sports in all the activities we do. Along with mixing in some fun activities and games, we are also starting some of our fitness. Learning our stretches, our fitness stations and the muscle of the month. This time of year is also obviously very warm. Please make an effort to wear appropriate clothing and provide water bottles. We are being sensitive to the heat and air quality conditions and letting your children take water breaks as needed. Should you have any questions about our PE program please contact Mr. Macomber.
Please join us on Tuesday, Sept. 10th, from 4:00-7:00 PM for What's for Dinner? Night out at Chick-fil-A. Our staff will be there waiting to serve you. This is a great fundraiser for our school with a portion of the money raised coming back to our school. Thank you and can't wait to see you!
