Dear Thomas Jefferson Families,
What a year the 2018-2019 school year has been! It FLEW by and it is hard to believe that it is over! Our Stars have truly SHINED this year and it has been a pleasure watching them grow. This year we began our year with the theme of “Star Polishers.” Our RISING Stars polished their academic and social-emotional skills. It was amazing to watch our kiddos “polish” each other’s hearts and lift one another up! We have worked hard, danced, sang, learned a lot and had fun! Thank you for your continued partnership and support of Thomas Jefferson.
To our families that will be moving on, we wish you the best of luck and remember that
ONCE A TJ STAR, ALWAYS A TJ STAR!

A final word to our Thomas Jefferson students: Thank you for all your hard work throughout the school year. I am so honored to be your principal; you make me proud to be a Thomas Jefferson RISING Star! You keep me laughing and young at heart. Best wishes to our fifth graders who are on their way to middle school, I will miss greatly—please come back and visit!
