Hello TJ Families,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! It is hard to believe that November is already here! This month we will be participating in a Positive Behavior Intervention Support Booster. We will be focusing on the RISE expectation of Safety. When our staff witnesses our Stars being safe on campus they will be acknowledged with a Trusty Turkey Ticket! These tickets are turned in to their teacher and collected with together with the class. When the class earns ten tickets they then earn a feather to add to their class turkey. When a class collects ten feathers they are invited to a school-wide recess celebration on the last day before break! Please ask your Star about it!
Remember that conferences are next week and that we will be following the minimum day schedule, for more information about the dismissal times please see below.

This is a special time of year where we will share the academic progress of your children with you. Our general meetings will have specific topics that can include guest or teacher speakers, volunteer time to help get ready for upcoming events and the opportunity to come together as a community to talk about ideas to continue to help make Thomas Jefferson an enriched and safe campus for our Stars.
