Thankful...we have so much to be thankful for at Thomas Jefferson.  We have a truly amazing school filled with students, staff and families who make TJ such a wonderful place to be.  I was truly humbled by the sense of community and joy at the Harvest Festival, it reminded me to take a moment and reflect on what makes TJ such a wonderful place to be!  I am thankful for our sweet little school for many reasons and here are just a few:

  The joy our students bring to the Thomas Jefferson campus is infectious!  The the heart and the soul that can be felt in the classrooms is reflected in the eyes of our students.  I am so very thankful to be able to be at school everyday with our RISING Stars!

Our Families

    I am forever humbled by the continuous support of our families for our students and staff. This was truly evident at our Harvest Festival with all that attended and the volunteers who made it happen.  The support of our families can also be felt in our classroom with our parent volunteers, art docents and home support that is a daily occurrence on our campus.

      I am also humbled by the amazing people who come to TJ to work and have made it a second home.  The time, effort and heart that goes in to each of their days is reflected in each role that they play on our campus and this work is done with humble hearts and a joyful presence!

Student Leadership Corner

We  have two more weeks to collect non-perishable items for our Canned Food Drive! If every student donates 2 items, we would have 1,000 items to donate to the Roseville Salvation Army. Please help our Student Leadership Team! The primary class and upper grade class that collects the most cans will win a prize! Please help support this organization!

PTC Corner

Please join us this Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 6:30 for our monthly PTC Meeting.

The Daughter Dance Committee Meeting will be happening this Tuesday, November 7th we will be meeting at Pete's Coffee in the Nugget Plaza at 6:30pm to discuss the budget, vision, and help needed for our upcoming event. Anyone that would like to join the planning committee is welcome to attend.  If you have questions about the daughter dance please feel free to email our committee chair at jdaughterdance@yahoo.com.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are the week of November 13-17, 2017.  There 

will be minimum days the entire week.  School Hours will be 8:45-12:27. 

If you have not scheduled and confirmed your Parent Teacher Conference 

please contact your child's teacher. The National Education Association 

has some great tips for conferences please click here for further 

information.

There will be NO school, Friday, November 10, 2017 in observance of Veterans Day.
