I can hardly believe that there are only 8 days of school left of this academic year! It is such a busy time of year filled with signature events that fill our hearts with pride and create fond school memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. The last days are PACKED with activity. We will be celebrating our Stars who have PERFECT attendance, our Citizenship Character Awards, Field Day, Fifth grade and Kindergarten promotion and of course learning and fun!

This survey is being conducted to collect information from parents about school effectiveness and parent satisfaction. Please complete one survey per child attending Thomas Jefferson. This helps us address grade level concerns or recognize grade level strengths. Please respond to each statement based on your overall experience with our school. A composite of the surveys will be shared with the School Site Council, but individual responses will be kept confidential. In preparation for this survey, we encourage you to ask your children about their experiences at school.

We are looking for parents to join our School Site Council for the 2018-19 school year. As a member of the Site Council, you commit to serving for two years. We will meet 4-5 times during the school year to review the School Site Plan (goals and spending), the Safety Plan, and we will develop the Parent Survey for the school year and review the data. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the school.

Library News
All library books are due May 22nd. Please help your child find any missing books and send them in by the due date. Any lost or damaged books will need to be paid for before report cards are sent home at the end of the year.

If you love supporting your TJ Star and providing enrichment opportunities, this is the event for you! The Roseville City School District is excited to announce new and returning student registration for the 2019-2020 school year began online on January 8th.
Our online registration system is a secure and green process, which allows the Roseville City School District to verify all student demographics, emergency and medical information for your student before the start of the new school year.
We encourage all families to take action and complete the online registration process as soon as possible. If you do not have access to technology, we can help! Just reach out to your student's school, and you can make an appointment to use a school computer to complete the process.
