HAPPY DECEMBER!

I hope the last month of the year finds you all well.  It is hard to believe that we have entered the last month of 2018!  There are many wonderful things happening this month at TJ...the PTC Santa's Breakfast, Winter Caroling Night, Awards Assemblies, Sami Circuit and the Holiday Read Around...just to name a few! These little moments are the things that memories are made of and the staff at Thomas Jefferson are thrilled to be a part of your family's traditions and memories.  We hope that this season is filled with JOY and fun and memories that will last a lifetime!

Winter Caroling Concert Guidelines

Come enjoy the spirit of the season! Thomas Jefferson students will be rotating through three (3) locations to present their winter concert to all Thomas Jefferson families.

Where do I go to see the concert? 

We are asking families to bring their blankets and beach chairs to the assigned locations listed below.  (This is our attempt to manage crowd control. All classes will sing in each location.) Please see below for your assigned concert area.

Last names A-C - Upper Playground area near the front of the school

Last names D-M - Facing the amphitheater behind the MPR

Last names N-Z - Facing room 21 on the lower grade playground

Character Awards Ceremony for Caring will be on December 14th. Start time is 9:00 AM for 3rd-5th and 10:05 AM for TK-2nd.

Winter Caroling Night and 4/5 Ensemble Night will be on Wednesday, December 12. 

Sami Circuit will be here on Thursday, December 20th.

Winter Read Around will be on Friday, December 21st. 

Winter Break will be December 22nd-January 7th. School will resume on January 8th.
