Week of October 22nd

This week is a very exciting week at TJ! We will be participating in Red Ribbon Spirit week, the Harvest Festival, the Book Fair and our teachers who are innovative every day at TJ will be creating extra special experiences for our Stars on our WATCH US RISE day on Thursday, October 25, 2018. Please be sure to check in with you Star about the great things at TJ this week.

Thank you for supporting our Chick-fil-A Family Night Out. It was a great turnout for our school. We raised almost $1000! We are also excited about our Scholastic Book Fair starting on Monday. A portion of the proceeds from every Book Fair goes right back to our library and our classrooms to promote literacy and literacy spaces for our Stars! Online Fair is live now! The Book Fair will be open at Lunch Recess every day for our students. It will also be open during scheduled Library time. The students can bring money and make purchases during these times. And of course, the Book Fair will be open for the Harvest Festival. A reminder to all TJ families that school is not in session on November 1st and 2nd due to Staff Development.

Its a great week to be a TJ Star!
